Losing a friend...

I was just told that a friend of mine is moving on, leaving the company. That he's been hired for a similar job out of town.

I understand his situation. I don't begrude him anything. He's a good man. He's been a good friend since I've been working here. Always a bit goofy but he's one of the reasons I look forward to coming to work. Good people you can work with are not readily available, so his presence will be sorely missed.
